How do I book an excursion ?

Choose the excursion of your choice, indicate the number of people and the day you would like to participate, then click on the "Book now" button.

How do I receive my confirmation / ticket

After completing the booking, you will receive a booking confirmation. We confirm your excursion with the organiser and send you a second email with all the important information, such as pick-up, pick-up time, etc..

How do I pay for my trip ?

You can pay with all major credit cards or via Paypal.

Can I change / cancel an already booked excursion ?

You can change an excursion at any time to a day of your choice. For cancellations, please see the terms and conditions under each excursion.

Until when can I book an excursion

Anytime, as long as the excursion is not fully booked.

In which language do the excursions take place ?

All our excursions are conducted by state-certified guides in German.



How do I book a transfer ?

1.Select the transfer of your choice ( Single, Group transfer etc.)

2. fill in all the required fields.

Confirm your entries by pressing the "Send" button.

You will receive a confirmation email from us with the possible payment options.

5. as soon as we have received the payment, we will confirm it to you.

Where do I have to report on arrival ?

On arrival, report to the Transunion desk at the airport and receive your bus number.

Where will I be picked up for my departure ?

You will either be picked up directly at your hotel, if this is not possible, you will be picked up at the next possible pick-up point.

The transfer bus does not appear what can I do ?

Your transfer is guaranteed in any case, as long as there is no self-inflicted fault. You can reach us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at the following telephone number: +34632166736, our friendly staff will be happy to help you.

Can I change/cancel my transfer ?

You can change or cancel your transfer free of charge up to 48 hours in advance by sending us an email to or inform us by telephone on +34 632 166 736. In case of cancellations, we will refund the amount within 14 days.

Can I also book a transfer from any place of my choice to any place of my choice ?

This is possible, please send us a request to and our staff will send you a non-binding offer.


Holiday rental

How can I book a holiday flat ?

Select the object of your choice.

Enter your desired period in the calendar.

3.confirm your entries with "book now

4. enter and confirm your contact details.

You will receive an email whether the object is available for your desired period.

You will receive an e-mail with a request for payment.

How do I pay for my accommodation ?

You will receive an invoice for the full amount only after we have confirmed your desired period. You have to pay 50 %, the remaining 50% until 2 weeks before arrival.

How do I get the key for my accommodation ?

All important information is listed for you in the confirmation email. If you have any queries, you can contact us at any time.

How can I change or cancel my booking ?

If you would like to change your booking, please contact us so that we can check availability. If the property is not available during this time, we will send you new proposals.

Up to 4 weeks before departure you can cancel free of charge and receive your deposit back, in all other cases your deposit is waived.
